REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No Returns
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns once dispatched.
2. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:• Notify us within 48 hours
• Provide photographic evidence
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued where:
• The product is defective
• The incorrect product was supplied
5. Non-Refundable Situations
