Shipping & returns
Orders confirmed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from London.
UK delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.95, next working day for most addresses
- Free Tracked 24 on orders over £100
- Orders placed after 3pm, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day
Packaging
Vials ship in a plain outer box with a temperature-protected insert and tamper-evident seal. No product details appear on the outside of the parcel.
International orders
We ship to selected research institutions outside the UK on request. Contact us with your institution details and delivery address for a quote. The recipient is responsible for import duties and for confirming that the material may lawfully be imported.
Returns
Because these are temperature-sensitive laboratory materials, we can only accept returns of unopened vials with the seal intact, within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a vial arrives damaged or an order is incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the affected items.
